    Satisfying Keto & Grain-Free Recipes

    Ditching carbs and increasing healthy fats can be a great way to lose weight.  All of the recipes here are naturally low, or absent of carbohydrates. You'll also find tips here and there on the best types of fats for any diet.

    On Artificial Sweeteners

    Beware of recipes and marketers pushing artificial sweeteners (yes, even monk fruit and xylitol).  Clinical studies show these "non-nutritive sweeteners" affect your insulin levels in the same way as sugar. They can also contribute to cravings, making it harder to create new habits.
