Christina Bailey is the mind behind the blog and the chef at the helm here at Edible Times. She graduated at the top of her class from the Culinary Institute of America in 2012 (a second career for sure!). Along the way Christina worked at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Napa Valley, helped manage the flagship location of the beloved California bakery SusieCakes, and worked for award-winning executive chef Chad Johnson at Sidebern’s in Tampa (now Haven).
Before diving headfirst into a second career in the culinary landscape, Christina played the Witch’s Mother in the musical Wicked, covered the news for Fox 4 in Southwest Florida and earned one of those Bachelor’s degrees in Media Studies from Florida State University… Go Noles!
As a private chef Christina, along with a class act team, serves a range of clientele in the greater Los Angeles area. Edible Times Culinary Services offers custom menu planning and intimate event production. Especially close to her heart are the Edible Times New Baby Bundles for new parents and siblings. If you live in the Los Angeles area and would like to learn about Edible Times Culinary Services, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
