Christina Bailey is the mind behind the blog and the chef in front of the stove here at Edible Times. She graduate at the top of her class from the Culinary Institute of America in the summer of 2012. Along the way Christina worked at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Napa Valley, helped manage the flagship location of the beloved California bakery SusieCakes, and worked for award-winning executive chef Chad Johnson at Sidebern’s in Tampa (now Haven).
Before diving headfirst into a second career in the culinary landscape, Christina played the Witch’s Mother in the musical Wicked, covered the news for Fox 4 in Southwest Florida and earned one of those Bachelor’s degrees in Media Studies from Florida State University… Go Noles!
As a private chef Christina, along with a class act team, serves a range of clientele in the greater Los Angeles area.
